Job Description


The OnDemand and Automation organization in Visa Client Services focuses on leveraging tools and platforms to elevate the client experience, making engagement with Visa simple, intuitive, and rewarding. The team is responsible for defining and developing a scalable and quantifiable program intake process for technology priority decisioning by senior leaders. Additionally, the team identifies and creates quick win automation solutions that provide immediate benefits to both internal and client users.

The consultant will be responsible for executing the program intake process by creating the process, training, metrics, and refining the existing tool to meet the requirements. This consultant will utilize their strong communication skills to work with teams across Client Services to ensure awareness of process and the existing backlog of programs.

A strong candidate will have experience being on a team with product management, release management, cross functional team leadership, business analysts. They will have an excellent understanding of leveraging technology to complete both simple and complex tasks. For quick wins, this consultant should be tech savvy and have experience as a power user and configurator of enterprise tools but is not expected to code applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a key player in building out the program intake and execution processes and tools across the Client Services organization.
  • End to end ownership of the intake tools and processes from product ideation, requirements definition, implementation management, commercialization opportunities, client outreach and communications, analytics, KPIs, and internal training
  • Engage across the Client Services organization with key leadership to intake new programs according to the quantifiable standards established in the process.
  • Understand the enterprise tools and capabilities to leverage quick win solutions for relevant programs with positive benefits.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience taking initial requirements and producing quick iteration solutions.
  • Ability to understand both business and technical concepts.
  • Understanding of forms, data structuring, and reporting.
  • Experience as a PowerUser or Configurator on any enterprise business tool.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Experience working full lifecycle of requirements through testing and implementation.
  • Familiar with one or more business productivity tools: SharePoint, AutomationAnywhere, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI
  • Experience using Agile principles on projects

Work Hours:
Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 96,100.00 to 125,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
